30 May 2020: Update on the 2020 Race
The 2020 edition of the Tywardreath Trotter was due to take place on Saturday 25 July. Due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus the race has been postponed. We very much hope to be able to hold the race during the autumn / winter. A decision on the revised date will only be taken once guidance on holding events is clear. However, we hope that the race could take place between November and January. As a result, the race is likely to be held on a Sunday, rather than the usual Saturday evening. More details will be posted here and on our Facebook and Twitter pages in due course.

Expect green lanes, picturesque bridleways, some ups and downs and a rousing reception when you arrive back in the heart of the village!
Since 2006 the race has raised almost £30,000 for local charities.
The race is Round 1 of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Race Series and is promoted and assisted by St Austell Running Club.
